Gingerbread Cookie Day

Gingerbread Cookie Day takes place on 21st November every year to celebrate all forms of gingerbread biscuits. As the nights get longer and we move towards Christmas, it is a perfect time to bake some gingerbread men or biscuits or dunk them into a nice mug of hot chocolate.
